Return to the form and submit the name used for the transfer, sending bank, transfer date and any available transaction reference.
A Mentor Men organiser checks the Zenith Bank account. Your registration remains pending until the payment is confirmed.
Once approved, your Health Corner registration is activated and your unique personal QR credential is sent to your email.
Present your unused QR at the participating hospital during its validity period. The existing Health Care Rebate is redeemed once.
An approved EMERGE 2026 Health Corner QR is valid from the commencement of EMERGE 2026 until 11:59 PM on the day immediately before the next EMERGE conference begins. Closing registration does not cancel an already-approved credential.

Registration for the EMERGE 2026 Health Corner programme is no longer accepting new participants.
Participants whose Health Corner credentials were already approved can continue using their unused personal QR during the configured credential validity period. Registration closure does not invalidate an approved credential.
